I am not that great a cook but I thought I would try the recipe for oatmeal peach muffinsas I had a craving for something sweet but not too sweet. I made it into a loaf and added chopped walnuts (I baked for 50 minutes). This came out perfect, I could not believe it neither could my husband. This was the easiest baking I have ever done.
