BRAZILIAN BROWNIES (PEDACINHOS DE CHOCOLATE)2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp white wine
Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs, and flour, baking powder, and cocoa sifted together. Mix well and add wine. Turn into an 8" greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cut into small squares while still hot.
Makes about 18 brownies
