TOM'S SECRET RECIPE POTATO SALAD

10 lbs red potatoes cooked, peeled (or not) and cubed
1 cup HELLMANS mayonnaise, Do Not Substitute!
1 cup large sweet onion, small dice
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
4 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 to 3 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 to 3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 hard boiled eggs, 6 grated/mashed and 2 sliced (for garnish)
Paprika

Mix all ingredients well. Place in serving bowl.

Garnish with the 2 sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika.

Chill very well before serving.
