I made this recipe substituting a lot of things, makes the sauce taste almost Asian:

PORK ROAST WITH WILD PLUM SAUCE

Cook a Pork Roast as you normally would (1 lb = about 45 minutes in a 425 oven).

Just before it is done, put in a saucepan:

4 Tbsp wild plum jam/jelly
1 to 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
large large dash dried garlic mix (I used the Greek garlic dried mix from Robertsons)
dash or two of black pepper
dash or two of red chili powder

Cook just till bubbly.

Cut roast into medallions and pour this over the medallions.

Great on chicken too.
