TOMATO-BUTTERMILK COOLER

1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups cold buttermilk
3 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until well combined.

Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses.

Makes 3 cups
