a really quick pud that can be used with lots of differnt fruits.

5oz oats
4oz demerara sugar
4oz butter
fruit of choice, stewed apples, pie filling fresh strawberries

melt the butter
add sugar then oats stir well
leave to cool
sprimkle genorously on fruit
refrigerate till cold.
enjoy with pouring cream or ice-cream
