LETTUCE WEDGES WITH LEMON DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg yolk, beaten
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp curry powder
lettuce wedges

Combine mayonnaise, egg yolk, lemon juice, lemon peel, and curry powder. Stir over low heat until thick. Serve over lettuce wedges.
