Cheese Balls Fried in Oil Serving 25 people
60 Gr Butter or margarine 2 1/2 dl Water 125 Gr Flour 3 Pc Egg 150-2 Gr Cheese, rasped, a bit blue cheese can be added salt Oil for frying
Mix the butter/or margarine and the water in a pot and bring to boil. Stir in the flour, and turn till letting go of a spoon and sides of the pot. remove from the heat.
Whisk the eggs together and turn in the flour mixture slowly while hard mixing. Rasp the cheese in and flavor with salt. Heat in a medium size pot the oil (enough to 6 cm deep oil) may not smoke, form the cheese mixture to small balls with a teaspoon and drop in the warm oil to fry till golden color.
When fried move to a fat draining paper and serve with a gele or radish and celery sticks.
