I've looked at your recipe for Bread Machine 2lb Raisin Bread and it doesn't include any yeast. I suppose this is an error in ommission. What is the amount of the yeast that is needed for the recipe?
Thanks

Editor's note:

Hi Ken,

Regarding your question, I'm not sure if Becky will be here to answer but I think the amount should be 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (if you use fast-rising yeast you may need less). Here is another recipe for you to use or compare it to:

Oster Cinnamon Raisin Bread
for 1 1/2 and 2 lb loaf (bread machine)

Happy Baking!
