CHOCOLATE SIPPER
4 cups cold water 1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer
Place water, milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder and nondairy creamer in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately over ice.
