STRAWBERRIES WITH CREME FRAICHE DIP

1 cup creme fraiche or whipped heavy cream
1/2 cup unrefined sugar or 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients.

This is enough dip for 4 cups of fruit.
