BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 pound mild sausage 3 cups milk 9 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup shredded colby cheese 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 6 slices of toast, cut in cubes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown and drain the sausage.
Combine sausage with remaining ingredients and place in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
