FRESH BROCCOLI MARINADE

1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
1 cup Mazola canola oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup diced onion
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
4 stalks fresh broccoli
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, broken up

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper and cauliflower.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the first mix of vegetables.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Servings: 4 to 6
