VEGETABLE TRAY MASTERPIECE
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 cup sour cream 1 bunch green onions, (about 6, including green tops), cut into 3-inch pieces 6 sprigs fresh parsley, stems removed 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 red, orange, and/or green sweet bell peppers, hollowed Assorted fresh vegetable dippers, crackers, and/or chips
In a food processor bowl or blender container, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, parsley, and garlic powder. Cover. Process until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 to 48 hours before serving.
Serve in hollowed peppers with fresh vegetables and crackers.
