CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
24 large mushrooms, stems removed, washed clean
8ox crab meat
2 eggs, whipped
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 cup Italian salad dressing
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice

MARINATE mushrooms in Italian dressing, drain.
COMBINE crabmeat,1/2 cup bread crumbs, eggs, mayo, onion, & lemon juice.
FILL mushrooms
TOP with remaining bread crumbs.
BAKE at 375 oven for 15 min.
