NO CRUST POTATO QUICHE
5 eggs, beaten 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup small curd cottage cheese 1 (12 oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 dash Tabasco sauce 6 tbsp bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 dash paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine everything except bacon and paprika. Pour into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350 degree F oven, 25 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with bacon and bake another 5 minutes.
