Recipe: Roasted Red Pepper Dip

ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP

1 (7-oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
2 pkg. (8 oz each) fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients with an electric hand mixer. Chill until ready to serve.
