CORNBREAD BEAN BAKE
1 (lb.) package hot dogs, cut into 1/2 inch slices 2 (16 oz.) cans of baked beans 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon prepared mustard FOR THE TOPPING: 1 (8 ounce) package Calhoun Bend Mill Cornbread and Muffin Mix 1 egg 1 cup milk or buttermilk 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine (optional)
In ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, combine hot dogs, beans, ketchup, and mustard; mix well.
Prepare Cornbread and Muffin Mix according to instructions; pour over bean mixture, spread evenly.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
