HONEY MUSTARD MASHED SWEET POTATOES

4 medium sweet potatoes, baked, peeled
2 tbsp. honey mustard
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Beat sweet potatoes in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Yield: 4 Servings
