NEPTUNE PASTA SALAD12 oz. tricolor rotini pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
3 cups cooked crab meat
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped scallions
FOR THE DRESSING:1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cook broccoli until crisp tender.
Place cooked pasta and broccoli in a large bowl. Add crab meat, bell pepper, and scallions. Toss to mix.
In small bowl mix dressing ingredients. Pour over pasta and toss. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
1 cup serving contains 1.2g fat and 175 cal.
