PEPPERONI SQUARES

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
softened butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 9x9x2-inch baking pan.

Mix all ingredients except soft butter. Spread dough in prepared pan. Brush to with softened butter.

Bake at 450 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve warm.
