BANANA FLITTERS (FRITTERS)
2 bananas, mashed flour (as needed) 1 egg, beaten 3/4 teaspoon suger 1/2 tsp vaniila pinch of salt oil for frying confectioner's sugar
Combine bananas with enough flour to make a thick dough. Mix in egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Use a deep fryer or heat 1/4-1/2-inches oil in a deep skillet.
Drop batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. |
