LEMON-CHEESE SAUCE

1 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of salt

Cook all together until thick but not stiff.

Good for cake fillings, spread on pound cake, or as a dip.
