PINEAPPLE SUPREME POUND CAKEFOR THE CAKE:1 pkg
Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Deluxe Cake Mix1 (4 serving size) pkg
vanilla instant pudding mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
FOR THE GLAZE:1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk OR 2 tbsp liquid from canned pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a
10-inch tube pan.
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes, then remove from pan.
TO MAKE THE GLAZE:Blend powdered sugar with either milk or pineapple juice; drizzle over cake.
