WARM BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR DIP1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed dry 1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.), divided use Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In quart casserole dish combine sour cream, broccoli, vegetable soup mix, and 3/4 cup cheese. Mix until smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with vegetables, bread sticks or crackers. Makes about 3 cups
