PEANUT BUTTER PINEAPPLE SHAKE1 banana, cut into pieces

smooth peanut butterPlace banana pieces on a plate and freeze 40-50 minutes or until firm.
Combine pineapple and frozen banana pieces in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
