TUNA SQUARES

FOR THE ROLLED BISCUITS:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
FOR THE TUNA FILLING:
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, drained, flaked
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

TO MAKE THE ROLLED BISCUIT DOUGH:
Stir Bisquick and milk together with fork. Beat 15 strokes. It will be stiff. Roll dough around on cloth-covered board lightly dusted with Bisquick. Knead gently, 10 times to smooth up. Roll 1/2 inch thick.

Divide in half. Pat half into 9 inch square on greased baking sheet.

FOR THE TUNA FILLING:
Mix ingredients for the filling together and spread on dough.

Pat out other half of dough into a 9-inch square and place over filling.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Cut in squares.
