SUPER PORK CHOPS PIZZAIOLA6 loin or shoulder pork chops, trimmed, 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups
Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle Super Mushroom Pasta Sauce1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup sliced
ripe olives, drained
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (to serve)
In a large skillet, thoroughly brown the chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain.
Add the sauce, rosemary, olives, salt, and pepper. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Uncover and simmer 15 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Serve.
