CHAMPAGNE SHERBET PUNCH
1 bottle of champagne (chilled) 3 cups of pineapple juice (chilled) 1/4 cup of lemon juice 4 cups of sherbet (pineapple)
Mix the lemon and the pineapple juice in a punch bowl.
Just before serving add the sherbet scoop after scoop, then pour the champagne. Stir gently.
Makes approximately 20 servings
