QUICK CHERRY CREAM TARTS1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 (4-serving size) pkg
instant vanilla pudding mix8 baked or graham cracker tart shells
FOR TOPPING:1 (21-oz) can
cherry pie fillingaddition sour cream (optional)
2 tbsp
slivered almonds, toasted
In mixing bowl, combine milk, sour cream and almond extract. Add pudding mix and beat rotary or electric beater till creamy and well blended, about 2 minutes.
Spoon into tart shells. Top with cherry pie filling; add a dollop of additional sour cream to each, if desired. Sprinkle with almonds. Chill.
