RUM-RAISIN GLAZED HAM1 (3 lb) canned ham
FOR THE GLAZE:2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup
currant jelly1/4 tsp
rum extractdash ground allspice
dash salt
Heat ham according to label instructions.
TO PREPARE THE GLAZE:Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; gradually add water, stirring until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Spoon over ham during last 30 minutes of heating time.
