SCHEZUAN SKILLET DINNER WITH WALNUTS4 cups sliced onion
2 cups thinly sliced celery
2 cups cooked turkey meat in bite-size cubes (9 oz)

tomato juice2 tbsp dry sherry
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp
MSG/flavor enhancer (optional)
1 tsp
arrowroot1 cup cold water
hot pepper sauce1 tsp chopped fresh ginger root
15 walnuts, halved
Combine onions, celery, turkey, tomato juice, sherry, soy sauce, and flavor enhancer in covered skillet over medium heat; cook until veggies are tender-crunchy, about 6 minutes.
Combine arrowroot and cold water; stir into skillet until sauce thickens and clears.
Add several dashes of hot pepper sauce to taste; dish should be hot and spicy. At last minute stir in gingerroot and walnuts; serve.
