STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE DECADENCE
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup raw sugar or white sugar 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced 1 cup whipped cream TO SERVE: 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy and light. Fold in strawberries and whipped cream. Spoon into 5-cup mold. Freeze overnight or for at least 10 hours.
TO SERVE: Let sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes before unmolding. Top with cinnamon sugar and serve.
