HOT CHICKEN DIP1 (10 oz) can cooked chicken
1 cup mayonaise
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Worstershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
TO SERVE:Beer Bread (
recipe), hearty crackers, or sliced vegetables
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients for the dip together and spead into a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F until slightly brown and bubbly.
Serve with Beer Bread, hearty crackers or sliced vegetables.
CROCK POT VARIATION:I made this for a potluck work; I doubled the recipe for approximately 50 people, and prepared it in small 2 quart slow cooker, heating for 1-2 hours before serving. Served it with celery sticks and a Triscut cracker. It was a hit with everyone. Enjoy!
