OLIVE OIL WITH CINNAMON AND CLOVES

2 cups Xenia Extra Virgin olive oil
2 to 3 cinnamon sticks
5 to 6 whole cloves

Place all ingredients in a bottle. The oil is ready to use in about 3 days.
