BAKED MEAT SANDWICH
1 lb. ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese !/2 cup grated Swiss cheese 1 large egg 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup oil 2/3 cup milk 1 egg yolk, beaten
Brown meat and onion, cool.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine cheeses, egg, Tabasco sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and parsley. Add meat mixture to cheese mixture. Reserve.
Stir flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt together. Pour oil and milk into a cup, don’t mix. Pour at once into flour mixture, stir with fork until ball forms-knead 10 times.
Divide dough in half. Pat half of the dough in prepared pan. Spread meat mixture over.
Roll out remaining dough and place over meat mixture. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
