SPICED CHERRIES AND PECANS2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp margarine or butter melted
1/2 tsp
ground red pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin 1/2 tsp
seasoned salt1/4 dried oregano, crushed
3 cups
pecan halves1 1/2 cups
dried tart cherriesStir together the first 7 ingredients.
Add pecans, tossing to coat. Put mixture in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes.
Stir in cherries. Bake for another 5 minutes or till pecans are toasted.
Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
