TERIYAKI HENS2 pkg (6 lb) fresh (or frozen, thawed) Cornish hens, quartered
1/4 cup
reduced sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp
rice wine vinegar or
white vinegar 2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp minced, peeled fresh gingerroot
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper flakesCombine marinade ingredients. Marinate hens 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat broiler. Broil 6-8-inche from heat 20-25 minutes or until done, turning now and then.
