CHEESY RICE CASSEROLE
4 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 4 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp minced onion 2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp dried basil 1/8 tsp parsley 1/8 tsp thyme 4 cups cooked rice 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together eggs, milk, butter, onion, salt, basil, parsley, and thyme.
Fold in rice, cheese, and spinach. Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake for 35 minutes.
