CRISPY ONION SKILLET1 pound ground beef
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can
condensed beef broth2 cans (16 ounce each) mixed vegetables, drained
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounce) can
French fried onions, divided use
Brown ground beef; drain off fat.
Add beef broth, vegetables, macaroni, and dillweed. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and 1/2 can French fried onions. Heat through.
Sprinkle remaining onions on top.
