HONEY 'N' FRUIT TEA
FOR THE CONCENTRATE: 4 tea bags 1 cup boiling water 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup crushed fresh mint leaves (packed) 1 cup orange juice 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup fresh lime juice FOR THE MIXER: Ice cubes 1 1/2 quarts carbonated water pineapple spears (for garnish)
Steep tea bags in boiling water 10 minutes. Remove tea bags.
Add honey and mint; mix well. Add fruit juices and refrigerate until ready to use.
TO SERVE: Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice cubes. Add 1/2 cup fruit juice mixture and fill glass with 1/2 cup carbonated water.
Finishing Tip: Garnish each drink with a pineapple spear.
