CREAMY ORANGE DESSERT2 pkg (3 oz each) orange gelatin
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups marshmallows, miniature (or 12 regular size)
2 cups vanilla ice cream or yogurt
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
Mix gelatin and 1 1/2 cups warm water in 3 quart microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes; stir to dissolve completely.
Add marshmallows; microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir mixture slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
Add ice cream; stir with wire whisk until melted.
Stir in oranges; pour into 6 cup ring mold. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
