Chocolate Pizza (with Rice Krispies crust) (microwave) 1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet real chocolate chips 1 lb white almond bark, divided use 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup Rice Krispies 1 cup peanuts 1 (6 oz) jar red maraschino cherries, drained, halved 1/4 cup green maraschino cherries, drained, quartered 1/3 cup angel flake coconut 1 tsp vegetable oil Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Microwave chips and 14 oz of the almond bark in 2 quart micro-safe bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Continue microwaving 1-2 minutes or until smooth when stirred, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in marshmallows, cereal, and peanuts. Pour onto prepared pan. Top with cherries; sprinkle with coconut. Mircowave remaining 2 oz almond bark and oil in 1 cup glass measuring cup 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth when stirred, stirring every 15 seconds. Drizzle over coconut. Refrigerate until firm. Store at room temperature.
