THAI PINEAPPLE SHAKE1/2 pineapple, cut up in chunks and frozen
1 1/2 cups ice (I sometimes use ice cubes made from pineapple juice)
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup simple syrup
Crush together in a good
blender.
Sit back and sip.
serves 4 (very tall glasses)
