PHILLY RED SALMON PATE1 small can red salmon1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon horseradish 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons grated onion 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 cup chopped pecans Drain salmon and take out bones. Mix salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and onion. Roll this in 1 tablespoon parsley and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Cover roll in wax paper and refrigerate. Adapted from unknown source
