QUADRUPLE FUDGE BROWNIES 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tbsp. orange juice 2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 eggs Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Generously grease an 8x8-inch baking dish. In a heavy saucepan, bring butter, sugar and orange juice to a boil (it should bubble vigorously around edges). Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups of chips, stirring until the chips melt. While the chocolate mixture slightly cools, sift the flour, baking soda and salt together into a large mixing bowl, then stir in the nuts; set aside. To the cooled chocolate mixture, add the vanilla and then the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture, stirring gently with a wooden spoon. Fold in the remaining cup of chips and pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
