BEEFY TACO DIP

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa*
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.-size) cream cheese, cut-up
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
TO SERVE:
Assorted Toppings** (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
Tortilla chips

Cook beef and chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

Add salsa, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Heat until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with Assorted Toppings and top with sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

*Also delicious with any Pace® flavored Chunky Salsa.

**Assorted Toppings:
Chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions, sliced pitted ripe olives.
