SPICY THREE-PEPPER STEAK

1 to 2 pounds Harris Ranch Beef Top Round Steak
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine seasoning ingredients; press evenly into both sides of beef steak. Place steak on grill over medium coals. Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium doneness, turning once. Season with salt, if desired.

When steak is done, trim fat and carve steak crosswise into thin slices.
