HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD4 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon curry powder (or to taste)
1 cup mayonnaise
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Combine curry powder and mayonnaise. Add enough mayonnaise to chicken to coat lightly. Cover and chill.
