SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD1 cup
self-rising cornmeal2 eggs
1 (8 3/4 oz) can
cream-style corn1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
